Our company, Laguna Southwoods Products, Inc. (LSPI) is a manufacturer of high quality wooden Pallets, Components parts, Heat Treatment Provider and/or Wooden Crates made of miscellaneous woods.

ABOUT US

                LSPI has been incorporated only February last year.  In one month’s time, we have been able to set up a factory equipped and capable to manufacture 10,000 quality pallets in a month.

Twelve years of experience in pallet manufacturing of the senior management team is the strongest foundation that establishes the company’s confidence in producing quality and affordable wooden pallets.  We may be a new player in the industry but we are experts in this business.

FACILITIES

We also provide treatments to our products. Like kiln drying, a process wherein wooden pallets will be subjected to a gradual increase in temperature. This process is done to reduce the moisture content of pallets, said to prevent occurrence of mold. (anti-molds)

Heat Treatment(phytosanitary)-  which is usually done for export pallets. In compliance with ISPM 15. Wooden pallets are subjected to 56 degrees celsius for 30mins- a recommended high temperature method that is prescribed to kill existing infestation inside the wood. pallets will be marked with the official IPPC markings.

Chemical Treatment (dipping treatment)- whrein assembled pallets are dipped into a deep basin with a chemical solution. Chemical penetration will be at most 1mm from the surface(anti- infestation).
